  • Curiosity will get one to knowledge, but only ambition can get one to apply the knowledge, as Dale Carnegie of 'How To Win Friends and Influence People' fame said, "knowledge isn't power until its applied". my book 'Artificial Intelligence and Statistics In Chemistry, Biology, Physics and Eco-Health For The Curious And Ambitious', will be in multiple related yet self-sufficient parts, covering basic and applied topics in statistics, computation, artificial intelligence, chemistry, physics and biology, broadly related to eco-health or eco-healthcare. Eco-health is an interdisciplinary approach that recognizes the interconnections between human health, animal health, and the health of ecosystems. It emphasizes the importance of understanding how environmental factors, biodiversity, and ecological changes influence the emergence and spread of diseases, as well as overall health outcomes. By integrating insights from sciences, eco-health aims to promote sustainable practices that protect both human well-being and the health of the planet. The principles of Eco-health is largely inspired by Friedrich Schiller's 'Aesthetic education of man' (also see Friedrich Schiller: A Genius Finds Words https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Lb4auK0rW3c) and Alexander von Humboldt (On the trail of Alexander von Humboldt|DW https://youtu.be/5q4D7apcQ80 and Alexander von Humboldt - Documentary https://youtu.be/pgvX0QdYI6M). A clean ambient environment not only provides quality in what we injest from the environment making for a healthy body, but also appeals to our aesthetic sense so is good for internal mental health too making for a healthy mind.
    • Though the book will be divided in parts, taken together the parts will complete the big picture of interdisciplinary science. These parts will be,

The scientific method is a systematic approach that involves empirical evidence-based research, observation, hypothesis testing, experimentation, analysis, and conclusion drawing based on data.|
    • |2) 'Concepts In Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Eco-Health', which will cover topics like cell, genes, atoms, molecules, electromagnetism, quality testing of air/water/food (abiotic environment) and history of medicine. Cell: The basic unit of life, Genes: Units of heredity encoding genetic information, Atoms: Fundamental building blocks of matter and Electromagnetism: Electromagnetism is a fundamental force of nature that arises from the motion of charged particles (electrons) or the change in a magnetic field.|
    • |3) 'Techniques In Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Eco-Health', which will cover topics like X-ray crystallography, genomic sequencing, clinical trials, laser technology and nanotechnology. X-ray Crystallography: Determining the 3D structure of biomolecules, Genomic Sequencing: Identifying genes and variations, Clinical Trials: Evaluating treatments on human subjects, Laser Technology: The use of light to create and control high-powered beams that have applications in fields like medicine, materials science, and communications, and Nano Technology: Use of nanoparticles to deliver drugs more effectively and safely to the body, which has applications in fields like oncology and neurology is major use of nano technology.|
    • |4) 'Methods Of Statistics And Artificial Intelligence', which will cover topics like Student T-test, Machine Learning, Deep Learning, Generative AI and Computer Vision. Student T-test: Comparing means between groups, Machine Learning: Analyzing complex data with neural network, Deep Learning: Using AI to interpret data sets.|
    • |5) 'Analysis In Biology, Chemistry, Physics and Eco-Health', which will cover topics like Bioinformatics, Electronic Health Records analysis with Natural Language Processing (NLP), Structure based drug discovery, MRI image analysis, Soil analysis. Bioinformatics: Applying computational methods to biological datasets, EHR analysis with NLP: Extracting insights from medical records, Structure-based drug discovery: Identifying therapeutic targets through 3D structure analysis.|
    • This is a work in progress and draft will be published as pre-print. In the pre-print figures will be hand drawn digitally for quick publication of pre-print.   • Knowledge Work As '10K to 1K Pay It Forward': My book will be like Biochemistry book by Voet & Voet, which is complete and comprehensive, wherein what took them 10,000 hours (referring to '10,000 hours rule') they share with others through the book in 1000 hours, thus ensuring that the reader can use the saved 9,000 hours to go beyond and as the book is comprehensive, reader does not have be interrupted in their learning by having to search for other books to fill knowledge gaps. Example my father bought me Voet & Voet, and with it I scored record marks in Biochemistry qualifier exam for my PhD in Biochemistry. My book will encompass everything I know. Knowledge grows on preexisting knowledge, so all knowledge workers including me, have benefited from preexisting knowledge, so knowledge workers pay it forward, turning their present knowledge to preexisting knowledge in a quick comprehendible manner for the next generation, so latter spends 1000 hours and not 10,000 hours to become expert, and uses the remaining 9,000 hours for expanding knowledge further. In summary, its a 10,000 to 1000 hour pay it forward type book.
  • Why '10K to 1K Pay It Forward' is uncommon among knowledge workers? Fundamentally, whe incompetent people are hired they don't know enough to be able to teach, and whatever little they may eventually learn they are hesitant to teach as they think that will make them dispensible, while reality is when you teach something you actually get a better grasp of the subject. 'Star PI' lobby problem and DEI lobby problem causes hiring of incompetent people who can neither discover nor teach. Example my former UCLA bully boss Brent Fogel, is one of those MD PhDs who neither do MD nor do PhD properly when they are enrolled in dual degrees (in his own words someone else did his PhD research and he just edited it because due to medical school MD degree work he had limited time for PhD), but still they get top jobs due to 'star PI' lobbies. I called Brent Fogel, bully because he harassed me saying I am incompetent at work yet, actively blocked me from getting another job. After the 'star PI' lab's incompetent graduates like Brent Fogel take up jobs, whatever is left is taken over by DEI. Example, during my PhD, two junior DEI PhD candidates in the Donald Fox Lab at University of Houston Biochemistry Department, played thier DEI cards (African and Latino/Hispanic) so to speak to unfairly line jump me to publish their research ahead of me and a white guy -- infact when I applied for a lecturer/faculty job in University of Houston they hired the same Latino/Hispanic candidate but rejected me, if in fact they wanted to do justice they would have hired me and corrected the wrong, but they just rubbed it in my face again. Another, type of DEI is 'dual husband wife hire' like in my postdoctoral institute, UTSW Molecular Biology Department whereby less qualified candidates than me got hired for jobs just because they are husband or wife of someone who is qualified. Common sense dictates, these incompetent DEI and 'Star PI' lobby products do not generate any worthwhile discoveries nor impart any worthwhile knowledge, because these things require merit and hardwork which is what 'Star PI' lobby and DEI excludes. The DEI includes even illegal immigrants and their illegal progeny, and other meritless refugees who get preference over people like me who always carefully follow immigration laws. Another, biological phenomenon parasite-host interaction is seen here basically, whereby non-merit quotas like DEI, illegals, refugee, dual hire, barbarian natives and their anti-civilization brainwashed progeny etc (predator parasites) use all the civilized world knowledge and gifts, yet attack and abuse the civilized world (empathic host, rather 'suicidal empath' hosts). Now positive change is coming, for example in several of EU Denmark jobs, even postdoctoral jobs they look for teaching ability, which is a great tool to filter out incompetence because incompetent people don't know anything don't know enough to teach, not to mention teaching is essential for sustainability to pass on the knowledge to next generation.
  • How would I pick merit without quota contamination? If I were a hiring manager, I would reject candidate as soon as they play any quota card in their cover letter or interview, because as soon as such quotas are placed and such cards are played, it puts a question mark on even candidates that are hired purely on merit, making one wonder what role if any merit played in their hiring, this is very disrespectful to a qualified individual, and as my name 'Shradha' means respect, I don't want association with quotas for my employees or myself. Now, if I was also owner, I would instruct my HR to only ask questions about criminal records including and not limited to illegal immigration, plagiarism, bullying and harassment records, muslim islam follower or not (so as to not hire jihadis by mistake, all muslims are jihadis as its the basis of their religion), citizenship and residency status and for medical purposes ask biological gender and race (to provide first aid and health insurance), and with regards to sexual orientation which has nothing to do with work, its simple 'don't ask don't tell'; thereafter as owner I would instuct HR to keep this information to themselves and after excluding both muslims and illegals/refugees, after excluding candidates that play the DEI or any quota card in cover letter or CV, HR should provide candidate list to hiring managers in two lots, lot A those with work authorization (legal citizens and legal permanent residents), lot B those without work authorization so require work visa --- I would fall in lot B. Now hiring manager, would be in a position to evaluate candidates based on merit and make selections from lot A and lot B. Thereafter, based on laws of the country, only lot A or both lot A and lot B would be hired -- example Australia and China clearly mark jobs as only for citizens and permanent residents or for citizens, permanent residents and international. To avoid hiring people on Star PI quota, if I were owner I would ask recommendation letters only at end of candidate selection just before offering job, used only for security screening by HR not for picking Star PI lobby candidates and dual hire lobby candidates, so such letters would have to come from corresponding HR not previous bosses (star PIs) directed to prospective HR. HR both manual and automated (wih AI scanning cover letters and CVs for spotting playing of DEI or other quota cards by prospective candidates) has great potential to correct a lot of this wrong of quotas to ensure best fit candidate is hired. Anyways, I am not owner or hiring manager, I am infact unemployed so its unlikely I will every get to test out if this works, but if anyone reading this wants to try it, please feel free.

    In today's fast-paced world and information age, knowledge has become an essential commodity that can make all the difference in achieving personal and professional goals. However, the true power of knowledge lies in its practical application. This is the driving force behind the creation of "fairwissenschaft". The goal is to empower individuals by providing them with the knowledge and tools they need to transform their ideas into tangible results. Learning is the foundation for acquiring knowledge and applying it to achieve desired outcomes. The symbol for this product is a lion with a computer, #fairwissenschaft 💻 ♌. In fairwissenschaft the word FAIR and fair are used as an acronym and as meaning just/justice, respectively. FAIR is acronym for Findable, Accessible, Interoperable and Reusable. Let me explain.

    As a learning tool, computers provide instant access to a wealth of knowledge, ranging from academic resources and textbooks to multimedia content and online courses. This virtually boundless source of information allows learners to explore new subjects. Computers enable learners to interact with and engage with content in innovative ways, enhancing the learning experience and facilitating deeper understanding. Example with LLM users can chat with electronic version of books in products such as Adobe Pdf, Wondershare Pdf Elements, GPT4All (also Jan cause its models can be used in GPT4All too, and for general chat Jan is better) and PrivateGPT products --- for chatting Jan is my preferred software and if I need to chat with documents I use the same Jan models in GPT4All. Example with Inkscape, WPS Office, Libre Office, Open Office, users can create mind-maps or explainers to enhance their learning. Computers also represent the application of knowledge in practical settings. By allowing users to create, store, and process digital information, computers enable the development of new products. From programming and software development to data analysis and artificial intelligence, computers facilitate the translation of knowledge into tangible outcomes, driving innovation and progress. Thus computers represent, both the learning and application of knowledge effectively. The laptop emoji,💻 depicts an open laptop computer with a keyboard, trackpad, and screen, under the name "Personal Computer". When selecting a symbol for the product, I also wanted something signifies the strength and power that come with its knowledge, rather applied knowledge. The lion, with its regal and fearsome image, embodies these qualities. Lions are often associated with courage, leadership, and dominance, making them a fitting choice to symbolize the brand. The ♌ Leo emoticon is a symbol of the Leo constellation, which is one of the 12 zodiac constellations. The constellation Leo is represented by the lion and is associated with the Sun's position during Leo's astrological period, which is generally considered to be from approximately July 23 to August 22. The lion is often associated with the United Kingdom, as it is the national animal of England and features prominently in the national flag and coat of arms.
